What are the delivery times of my order?

What is the status of my order?

We’re glad you ordered with us! Once your order is processed, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email. This allows you to track your package. Didn’t receive an email? Please check your spam or promotions folder, as it often ends up there. Still can’t find the email? Feel free to contact us. at service@supadawg.nl

If you're not at the delivery address on the scheduled day, the courier will attempt to deliver the package again the next working day or leave it with a neighbor.

Please note: we are partly dependent on the performance of our delivery partners. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by them.

Can I pick up my order?

At the moment, it is not possible to pick up your order.

Can I still change my delivery address if the order has already been placed?

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, we can still update your address. Contact our customer service as soon as possible and provide your correct address and order number. If the shipping confirmation has already been sent, you may be able to change the address using the Track & Trace code. If this is not possible, the shipment will need to be returned to us before we can resend it.

Can I still modify or cancel my order?

Yes, it is possible to modify or cancel your order as long as we have not yet started processing it. We do our best to prepare your order for shipping as quickly as possible, so once processing has begun, no changes can be made. If you would like to modify your order, please contact our customer service, and we will check as soon as possible if changes are still possible.

An item is missing from my package. How is that possible?

If we are unable to fully complete your order, you will receive an email explaining the situation and a suitable solution. Haven't received an email from our customer service yet? Please contact us.

I haven't received my order. What should I do?

If you haven’t received your order, please contact our customer service at service@supadawg.nl within 14 days of the shipping confirmation. We will then contact the courier to investigate. Couriers can only investigate shipments for a limited time after dispatch. If this period has passed, we unfortunately won't be able to assist further.
